What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As we are a wholesale jewellery supplier, we require a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces per item . You must choose 2 units of the same item, but they may be different sizes or colours. We wanted to make sure you have more freedom when it comes to ordering. As an added bonus, there’s no minimum order price.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is straightforward. To place your order, visit our website, select your preferred items, and place your order directly on the site. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us via any of the methods shown on our site.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our secure Payfast gateway allows for EFT, credit card, Zapper, and Snapscan payment.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?
Yes, it is safe to use your credit/debit card on Pag and Mag. All transactions are securely processed through Payfast, ensuring your safety and privacy.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are typically processed in around four to five days.

How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
After dispatch, we provide tracking information for your package. You will be able to track your parcel along its journey to your door.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is R120 across South Africa. Orders over R1000 receive free shipping.
Why don’t you keep stock in South Africa at Pag and Mag?
At Pag and Mag, we choose not to keep our stock in South Africa.

If products are imported, does this mean I will have to pay import duties?
No, you won’t have to worry about import duties when you order from Pag and Mag. We handle all the importing processes ourselves. This includes taking care of any customs fees and all the necessary paperwork.
